Employee Referral Program Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hire Squire's Employee Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We collect and store the following basic information from participants:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Cell Phone Number

In addition, we may collect information about:

• Your mobile device (brand and series)
• The network you use (carrier and plan)
• The individuals with whom you share job advertisements (and who those individuals share the advertisements with)

3. Use of Information

Your information will be used for the purpose of managing and operating the Employee Referral Program. We may also use this information for data science and analysis to improve our services.

4. Consent and Opt-Out

By enrolling in the program, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in this TOS. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at TRON@hiresquire.net.

If you opt out, we will remove your information from our database.

5. No App Store Visits Required

Participation in the Employee Referral Program does not require downloading any applications from the app store. All activities can be conducted through our text-first approach.

6. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information and will take appropriate measures to ensure its security. Hire Squire employs reasonable and appropriate physical and logical security measures designed to protect Personal Data. Please be aware that despite these measures, no data security can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, mobile device, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared system, and not sharing your mobile device with others. In order to protect your information, Hire Squire may suspend your use of our website and/or services without notice, pending an investigation, if any suspicious activity or security breach is suspected.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Hire Squire is not liable for any damages resulting from your participation in the program. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes to TOS

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of Virginia in the United States of America. Any and all legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Charlottesville, VA.
